When purchasing, you are buying a (1) person participant slot in the group of (6) possible participants. This is not a private encounter; it is YOU and (5) other paid guests. If booking more than one person/slot, increase your quantity to refletc the number of people/slots.
As noted above, this is not a private encounter.
Once your order is purchased, you will receive a confirmation email from our online store team. Please bring this printed receipt/confirmation with you to present to our team when checking in at the Animal Adventure Park Gift Shop.
The Park & Preserve are closed Jan - March - your access is limited to your encounter.
- Arrive 10-15 minutes before your encounter start time to get checked in!
- Encounter is for up to 6 total guests (see age requirements below)
- Participants must be at least 3 years of age to participate.
- Participants under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult, supervising adult counts as a participant and requires purchase.
- Encounter will last approx. 30 minutes
– Waivers to be read & signed with keeper prior to start! Minors require consenting guardian to sign on their behalf.

** Encounter reservations are transferable to another party with notification to the park**
