Join us at The Preserve for the ultimate barn tour!
Check-in with our keepers in The Preserve giftshop and prepare for a "GIANT" encounter!
Keepers will escort you through our 30,000 sq ft Preserve barn, meeting a number of our animals that reside inside for our winter months; tapir, capybara, antelope, and more!
Then head into our Southern white rhino area, where you will get to meet and be within feet of Tank! Keepers will cover basic rhino 101 and be happy to answer any questions, while Tank allows for up-close viewing. Prepare for amazing photos, and if Tank agrees, you can give him a scrub on the back and a treat for being a good sport! To be safe and follow regulations, there will not be direct petting by hand!
This massive space is impressive and you never know who/what you may encounter along the way through the barn - but guaranteed to be packed full of animal interaction, education, and FUN!
Then arrive to our Giraffe area, home of Tajiri & Desmond the giraffes! Treats will be provided to participants, to offer to the boys, we affectionatley call "Double Trouble"! Keepers will be happy to provide giraffe facts, answer questions, and help assist with photos!
You bring the camera and questions, we provide the browse, treats, and the cause of endless smiles!
When purchasing, you are buying a (1) participant slot in the group of (10) possible participants.
If requiring more than (1) slot, increase the product quantity next to the "add to cart button", before adding.
As noted above, this is not a private encounter.
**Once your order is purchased, you will receive a confirmation email from our online store team. Please bring this printed receipt/confirmation with you to present to our keepers in The Preserve giftshop, when checking in for your encounter!
– Jungle Bells Admission: A purchase of your encounter includes admission into the park that evening for the participants.

** We will provide you a pass for entry into Jungle Bells at Animal Adventure Park, valid the evening of your encounter! 4pm - 8pm
- Arrive no later than 10 minutes before your encounter start time to get checked in!
- Encounter is for up to 10 total guests (see age requirements below)
- Participants must be at least 3 years of age to be in the encounter space and participate.
- Participants under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult, which counts as a participant.
- Encounter will last approx. 60 minutes!
– Waivers to be read & signed with keeper prior to start! Minors require a consenting guardian to sign on their behalf.
** Please note that there are no refunds or rescheduling of encounters for any reason **
